How Each Piece Comes to Life

Sculpting
Every character starts as a hand-sculpted or digitally modeled prototype, refined through countless revisions until every detail — every scar, fang, and wrinkle — feels alive.

Mold & Cast
Once the master sculpt is ready, it's used to create a mold. From there, every mug is individually cast, cleaned by hand, and inspected before moving forward.

Hand Glazing
Each piece is glazed entirely by hand, layer by layer, to bring out depth, shadow, and color. No two pieces come out exactly alike.

Firing
Every mug is fired in a kiln at high temperature — a process that vitrifies the ceramic, sealing in the glaze and giving each piece its strength and durability.

Finishing
Once cooled, every mug is inspected by hand for quality before it's packed and prepared for its journey to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
We ship anywhere in Mexico — shipping cost is already included in the price. We also ship to the United States and Canada, with a longer delivery time; international shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on destination.
For international orders (USA/Canada), any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price. These vary by country and are collected by your local customs office.
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method used for your order. Whenever a tracking number is available, we'll share it with you as soon as your piece ships.
We accept multiple payment methods, including bank transfer and card payments, as well as purchases through our Etsy and Amazon listings.
Our mugs are handcrafted and kept in stock — no long wait for production. Once you order, we prepare and ship your piece right away.
Capacity varies by design — check each product listing for its exact size. Every piece is handmade, so sizes may also have minor natural variation.
Every mug is made to match the same design shown in photos, but since each piece is handcrafted individually, small natural differences may appear from one mug to the next. That's part of the charm of handmade work.
Not at this time — we currently focus on our existing collections. Follow us for updates in case this changes in the future.
We offer a free replacement for any piece damaged during shipping. Just send us photo evidence of the damage and we'll take care of it.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we're likely already preparing your piece for shipment and can no longer make changes.

Mug Care Guide
Washing: Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to keep the glaze looking its best.
Microwave: Safe for reheating beverages. Don't microwave empty.
Color & Glaze: Each mug is hand-glazed — color varies piece to piece. That's the beauty of handcraft.
Temperature: Avoid sudden extreme changes — let the mug warm or cool gradually to prevent micro-cracks.
Storage: Store in a safe, padded spot. Don't stack directly — sculptural details can chip.
Display: Many collectors display rather than use daily — both are valid. Keep out of direct sunlight if displaying.
