We ship anywhere in Mexico — shipping cost is already included in the price. We also ship to the United States and Canada, with a longer delivery time; international shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on destination.

For international orders (USA/Canada), any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price. These vary by country and are collected by your local customs office.

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method used for your order. Whenever a tracking number is available, we'll share it with you as soon as your piece ships.

We accept multiple payment methods, including bank transfer and card payments, as well as purchases through our Etsy and Amazon listings.

Our mugs are handcrafted and kept in stock — no long wait for production. Once you order, we prepare and ship your piece right away.

Capacity varies by design — check each product listing for its exact size. Every piece is handmade, so sizes may also have minor natural variation.

Every mug is made to match the same design shown in photos, but since each piece is handcrafted individually, small natural differences may appear from one mug to the next. That's part of the charm of handmade work.

We offer a free replacement for any piece damaged during shipping. Just send us photo evidence of the damage and we'll take care of it.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we're likely already preparing your piece for shipment and can no longer make changes.
